  I am extremely impressed with the process & performance of this company. I have never owned or purchased a personal plate before, but I found the perfect one for me on a Sunday morning. It did seem a complicated procedure, and moreso by the fact my insurance needed renewal by Friday. I followed advice on their website, & paid extra fees for provision of physical plates & expedited transfer of registration with DVLA. I was astonished when whole process was completed by 1430 on the Wednesday. ** Good to know that ** 1- can still drive with original plates until new V5 doc from DVLA is received/ or new plates. 2- Insurance companies websites will not be able to identify car as yours for some time, so best to call to finalise purchase.( I wasted considerable time by not understanding this). I was anxious about the process but I needn't have been. I would recommend to pay the extra fees and leave it all up to PP Company , if you can. I am thrilled with my purchase & plates. LH.
